Tonight we went to Gramma's house. Well, it didn't start out that way. First, we went to the park for about an hour and went up the stairs and down the slides (about a million times...hopefully this will count as some activity points for me). Then, we went for yogurt (don't worry, sugar-free/fat-free...it's like eating flavored ice). While we were eating our yogurt (and Grant eating his "Nem N Nems"), Grant says he needs to go see Gramma. I asked him why he "needed" to see Gramma...he says, "To see these toys." Oh, good enough for me.
So, we call Gramma and make sure that she is home. She is. She is excited to hear from us (and Grant "needed" to see his Gramma...it had been two whole days). So, we go over. We stay for dinner (with little convincing). Grant helped fix salad and rice pilaf. Gramma always lets him help her cook. He had several "Nem N Nems" and played with "these toys."
During dinner, Grant tried something that I had never seen him eat. He decided that this was his favorite. I was happy to see that he liked the "trees." We all were cheering him on. However, I do believe there might be a close second with these (especially on top of this).
