Disneyland and Great Aunt Kris

In Southern California, you can get a Disneyland pass for pretty cheap if you are a resident in this area. So, we got a pass (Grant doesn't have to have one until he is three). I have a feeling, I am going to have to start carrying his birth cerificate with me because people don't believe me when I tell them he is only 22 months old (soon to be 23 months).

Anyway, when you tell Grant you are going to Disneyland that means two things to him; "Miheey Mou" and "An Kiss"! We have gone mostly with Great Aunt Kris, Lisa and Tracy. As you can see from the pictures above, Great Aunt Kris and Grant have a blast. One weekend when Kris was babysitting Gman, they went to Disneyland by themselves (just the two of them). She is a brave woman!!

We have gone on all kinds of rides, some of which I think might have scared Grant (i.e. Mr. Toad's Ride, Monsters, Inc., etc.). I think Grant's favorite is Autopia. It is a car racing type ride where you actually get to drive a car. Well, Grant has gone from loving balls to LOVING cars. The entire time we were in line to ride the cars (which was about 25 minutes), he kept saying, "Cars?" He says it like it is a question and with such amazement like it is the first time he has ever seen a car. It is funny (the first fifty times...lol).

Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth and we've gone with some of the happiest people we know.
