Dancin', Dancin', He's A Dancin' Machine

Well, tonight I took Grant by our bowling league that we've belonged to for about four years. Anywho, he was a wild, dancing machine. Some of us joked as he danced around like a scene from "Flash Dance." Yeah, that's right, he is dancing like the water is being poored over his head. It is pretty funny because we all joked about how people are no longer going to say, "Oh, your parents must have been hippies" or "your parents are from the 70's." Instead, it will be something like this, "Oh, your parents grew up in the 80's...do you know the 'running man' or the 'cabbage patch?'" Anyone asking themselves what I am talking about is not 30-somethings!

Enjoy the little things like dancing. One of my friends loves the quote that states, "Work like you don't need money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one's watching." I like this quote. Some attribute it to certain authors, however many times I have seen it listed by unknown. I like it because it makes us feel good to experience life through the small joys! That is sometimes hard for us adults.

That is so funny! I can't wait to see him dance in person! :) I'm sure Joshua will know all the 80's dances, too! Gotta love the 80's!!
