Well, there are a lot of perks with being a teacher. One perk is that we are offered specials throughout the year. Universal Studios in Hollywood was offering a free admission for teachers that worked in SoCal. Also, their family members are 1/2 price (up to 3 people)! So, guess where we went a few weeks ago? You guessed it...Universal Studios. We were celebrating Grant's report card. He did very well academically and behavior is still improving. He still has a small problem with not yelling out answers (at least he knows the answers, right?) and listening (I think...oops, maybe the apple doesn't fall too far). Anywho, we were so proud of him. He reads at a 4th grade level, he does math, he writes full sentences, he helps others, he plays well with others and yea, on occasion...he shouts out an answer or two. ;)
Well, he was not excited to go to Universal Studios...until we told him that we thought Lisa and Aunt Kris were going and that it was like Disneyland. Grant had a blast and got to meet his BEST FRIEND in person....CURIOUS GEORGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
