Well, as you may have figured out we went to the LA County Fair. The most amazing part for Grant was being able to touch and feed all the "aminals." He LOVED riding the horse, Tex. He used some of Grandpa Bill's money that he sent to feed animals, eat ice cream and ride Tex the Horse. We only stayed for about four hours (which in my opinion was about two hours too many). LOL

We went through the children's exhibit where kids could play with legos and dress up as different types of people. The last thing that we did (before Grant asked us to leave) was go through the train. They have a gigantic train set there and we walked around it. We loved doing this until we realized there was no immediate exit and about 10 steps into it, we had a three-year old who wanted to "go home and see the kitties." Now, I am not one to worry, but after hearing the request to leave about 50 times...well, I think that I can safely say that Grant was not that into the train. Oh well...he use to like Thomas.
